Refund & Exchange Policy

Welcome to https://gracecoffees.com (the “Site”). We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our refund / exchange policies concerning those users of the Site (“Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by Grace Coffee LLC (collectively, “Services”) (“Authorized Customers”).

Exchange

  • Return Conditions: Only unused products in damaged packaging may be returned.
  • Type of Refund: Grace Coffee offers partial refunds, exchanges, or store credit. 
  • Return Timeframe: Exchanges are considered if requested within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange Damaged Order Process: Email support@gracecoffees.com with a summary of the issue, images of the damaged product, order number, and proof of payment. Do not return the product, due to high restocking fees.

Order Errors

  • Customer Error: If the issue is due to incorrect customer information, the customer may place a new order at their own cost and email support@gracecoffees.com with the new order information. Grace Coffee may cover up to $25 as a goodwill gesture. If the customer chooses not to reorder, a partial refund will be given.
  • Grace Coffee Error: If we make a mistake, Grace Coffee will cover replacement and shipping costs, and email a written apology with details of the error and solution.
  • Shared Responsibility: For issues like carrier errors or theft, Grace Coffee may cover up to $25 to replace damaged orders.
