This statement outlines our shipping and delivery policies for customers who visit our site and conduct transactions for products offered by Grace Coffee LLC (collectively referred to as “Products”) (“Authorized Customers”).
- Shipping Timeframe: Grace Coffee ships freshly roasted coffee within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed. All coffee is roasted to order, and whole bean coffee is shipped on the same day it was roasted, while ground coffee takes an extra day.
- Reorders: Grace Coffee offers reorders up to $25 or store credit due to a carrier error. We do our best to provide superior customer service and seek the best solution for all parties.
- Undelivered Order Process: Email support@gracecoffees.com if your order is not received in 7-10 business days. Provide the order number, shipping tracking number, and the delivery address.
